A focused energy company for the Atlantic corridor

Energie Atlantic exists to close a structural gap in West African energy supply — the absence of large-scale, credible, well-governed midstream infrastructure. We are building it.

Strategy

Energy security, by design

The West African corridor is one of the world's fastest-growing fuel markets, yet it remains constrained by limited storage, fragmented logistics and an over-reliance on intermediated supply. Energie Atlantic addresses this directly: by developing dedicated midstream storage and disciplined, principal-to-principal supply lines, we aim to make reliable fuel availability a structural feature of the region — not a recurring risk.

Our model is deliberately narrow and deep. We concentrate on petroleum midstream storage, refined-product supply and maritime logistics — and we keep that focus uncompromised, so that financiers, regulators and offtake partners always know precisely what they are underwriting.

What Defines Us

Principles that earn institutional trust

01

Focus

A single sector, executed with depth — midstream storage, refined-product supply and maritime logistics, free of unrelated branding.

02

Governance

Compliance, sanctions screening and transparent banking built into the operating model from inception, not bolted on later.

03

Scale

Infrastructure designed for sovereign and primary-trader volumes, anchored by a planned 100,000 MT floating storage capability with scope for phased expansion.

04

Regional roots

Headquartered in The Gambia with a deep West African network, positioning the country as a credible energy node.

Corporate Governance & Leadership

Led by an energy-sector management team

International joint-venture partners and financiers assess not only the asset, but the people behind it. Energie Atlantic is led by a management team combining marine and petroleum engineering, infrastructure delivery, legal governance and compliance discipline.

DO

Dozie Okezie

Managing Director & Head of Operations

A Professional Engineer with more than 25 years' experience delivering complex infrastructure in West Africa. He founded and leads a Gambian engineering and construction group whose institutional clients include the U.S. Embassy Banjul, the World Bank and IOM, building a delivery record under international procurement and compliance standards. He established Energie Atlantic to apply that discipline to petroleum midstream infrastructure, and leads the company's floating storage development and financing strategy.

CC

Chukwuemeka Chukwudi

Technical Director — Marine & Offshore

A Nigerian marine engineer with more than 20 years in the field, Chukwuemeka has spent his career on petroleum engineering works across Nigeria's oil and gas sector — the most demanding operating environment in West Africa. He leads technical development of Energie Atlantic's floating storage and offshore transfer infrastructure, with responsibility for marine engineering scope, asset integrity management and the operational safety standards governing offshore handling of refined product.

MS

Massar Sarr

Deputy Director — Operations

A Gambian lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar, Massar deputises for the Managing Director across Energie Atlantic's operational function. His remit spans operational coordination, contractual execution and the regulatory dimensions of the company's infrastructure and supply activities — a combination of legal training and operational delivery that sits at the centre of how transactions are structured and carried through.

CA

Chike Francis Anyanwu

Company Secretary

A Nigerian lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar, Chike holds statutory responsibility for Energie Atlantic's corporate governance — board procedure, corporate records, shareholder documentation and regulatory filings. He is custodian of the company's contractual framework across supply, infrastructure and partnership agreements, and works alongside the compliance function to ensure counterparty documentation meets institutional standards.

LG

Lamin Gaku

Head of Compliance

Lamin brings professional-services experience in compliance and administration to Energie Atlantic, where he owns the company's compliance framework end to end. His responsibilities cover Know Your Customer and Know Your Business verification, ultimate beneficial ownership checks, sanctions and watchlist screening, and the documentation standards applied to every prospective trading and infrastructure counterparty. No counterparty proceeds to commercial discussion without clearing his desk.

IS

Isatou Sarr

Administration Manager

An administrator with over a decade managing operations across construction and building-materials businesses in The Gambia, Isatou has overseen procurement administration, supplier coordination and records management at scale. She runs Energie Atlantic's administrative function — office operations, document control and internal coordination — providing the operational continuity that underpins the company's institutional dealings.

Energie Atlantic works with regional representatives who develop counterparty relationships and market access across francophone and anglophone West Africa.
